Thanks for the practical tips. I can't say how many times I've waken up on the sofa with a half-eaten bagel in my hands. From now on, I'm going to have a substantive breakfast and ensure that I eat sufficiently during the day.

I'm glad you found the article to be helpful. Yes, eating breakfast is such an important part of keeping the body stablized, as is eating throughout the day.

Ideally, you should never get too hungry or too full, which means making the effort to listen to your appetite signals closely and responding to them quickly.

The body is such an extraordinary organism, we just have to remember to listen to it! But, I digress. Let us know if the new plan works for your night eating. Happy sleep!

Research says that it will help to level out the bodies levels, if that makes sense. It would be a simple thing to try and incorporate into your morning. Let us know if it helps you.
