Lindsey Hall and Leigh Cohn are the masterminds behind this outfit that started in 1980. Yes, finding out about the disorder is an important step in recovery. By realizing that many things contribute to disordered eating, it makes it easier to seperate "it" from "you." It is also interesting and helps to have faith in recovery.

Gurze does ship internationally, but I think they add a $15.00 shipping fee.

This is a great resource! When I began recovering, I found Gurze right away and now do all of my related book shopping there. I like supporting them and they carry some really interesting books.
