The topic of eating disorders is vast. My column will explore treatment, healing, recovery and current news on anorexia, bulimia, binge/compulsive eating, eating disorders not otherwise specified (EDNOS) and related mental health issues. Information about depression, laxatives and cutting, for example, and disordered eating in children, older adults, seniors and men will be delved into.

A constant stream of articles, blogs and discussions will be updated regularly. Please join this support group community in discovering the hope of recovery and the benefits of living without an eating disorder. Also, this site is not diagnosing or treating conditions. If concerned, please see a qualified professional. Thanks for reading! :) J.
